Patrick Kaiser: Tour4life Germany to India; June 2015-July 2016:
I cycled along the Danube (Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Kroatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Rumania, Bulgaria) through Greece towards the Black Sea and then through Turkey, Iran -a visit in United Emirates - and then from Pakistan to India.
When I reached Neyyattinkara after 7month of cycling (12000 km) I enjoyed meeting my old friends from my social service back in 2011. It was a great feeling to contribute to social and ecological projects in the area again. Circular economy and a society without discrimination were my main priorities.
After contributing there for 4 month I was planing to return to Germany by a combination of cycling and trains: From India to Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, China (transibiran railway), Mongolia, Russia, Ukraine, Poland Tschechia back to Germany...Unfortunatelly the Myanmar boarder closed just one day before we arrived and after we spent 6 weeks waiting I had to change my plans and got forced to fly -due to time pressure and expired visas I decided to return home.
