    It is indeed a beautiful area when cycling from Passau to Vienna. I had wonderful talks while cycling with or next to so many friendly people.     At the beginning of the Danube the way leads through endless corn fields and hilly villages. In this heat you really miss the shadow spending trees. I was very happy to meet Helmut on Tuesday in Ulm and had wonderful days with him since.     In the last days everything went pretty fast and I couldn't fully realize whats going on.
